In SEDNA’s magnetic drive technology, the shaft and rotating body are completely physically isolated, ensuring high hygiene and safety levels. Additionally, the design meets ASME BPE and EHEDG standards, is suitable for sterile applications, and has been recognized for its high hygiene through US 3A certification.
The maintenance of the magnetic mixer is straightforward, as there are no components that require replacement or repair to maintain sealing.
The structure of the mixer is perfectly separated at the inlet and outlet, eliminating the risk of leaks, and making it ideal for mixing hazardous liquids or those with specific sanitary requirements.
Magnetic transmission eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between the product and the external environment, a common issue with mechanically sealed agitators.
