This certification, necessary for collaboration with the food industry, is an important milestone for our company.

 

Importance of MOCA Certification for Vertical Agitators

 

The MOCA certification confirms that the materials and objects used by PRO-DO-MIX® in producing its agitators comply with European and national regulations regarding food safety.

MOCA is regulated by Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, which establishes the general requirements for materials in contact with food, ensuring that they are safe and suitable for their intended use. Working with certified MOCA suppliers guarantees no food contamination, protecting consumer health.

At PRO-DO-MIX®, for vertical stirrers, we have engineered a special system with a radial mechanical seal that can be serviced even with the agitator in a vertical position. The shut-off system for removing the seal even with a full tank is standard for lateral mixers.

That makes Evolution perfect for applications that require the mixer’s continuous operation during the total draw-off of the tank.
